Second Annual Golf Tournament - John Owen Mann Foundation

July 14, 2023 at Olde Homestead Golf Course

Registration starts at 7:30am, shotgun start (rain or shine) is at 9am, and prizes and raffles will be at 2pm.

Hotdogs will be provided at the turn, and lunch will be served following the tournament.

Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 foursomes, longest drive, closest to the pin, hole-in-one, 50/50 pot of gold, and 50/50 cash drawing.

The proceeds will fund the giveaway of a service dog to a Veteran.

Sponsorship registrations and payments are due by July 1, 2023.

Golf Tournament Title Sponsor – $2,500

8 golfers, listed as Tournament Sponsor on pre-tournament advertising, name and logo displayed at event, in player bag given to all golfers, and on website

First Tee Foursome Sponsor – $1,500

4 golfers, name and logo displayed at event and listed in player bag given to all golfers, and on website

Player Bag Sponsor – $750

Recognition in the player bag given to all golfers, 1 hole sign

Cart Sponsor – $500

1 golfer, name and logo displayed at event

Lunch Sponsor – $500

1 golfer, name and logo displayed at event

Beverage Sponsor – $500

1 golfer, name and logo displayed at event

Hole Sponsor – $100

Name and logo displayed on one hole

Individual Golfer – $125
